Leyla and her team of post partum doulas (Virgina, Aldis, and Monica) have been a tremendous help to our family as we became new parents in Fall 2017. We feel much more confident in our role as parents, with their expertise. They go above and beyond helping us move into this transition and teaching us the essentials of parenthood, as first time parents. The level of trust, safety, and love is first rate when it comes to having Leyla and her team care for our baby girl. Leyla had really been a huge help from the moment we left the hospital and we are blessed that she was with us on those first weeks as we had to adjust. We feel lucky she is apart of our lives and find her knowledge of newborn and child development to be very valuable for our daughter’s well being. We could not have survived the first few weeks after our son’s birth without Leyla. Leyla not only cared for our baby but also offered postpartum care to me which sped up my recovery. Leyla taught us how to care for Lukas (more than we learned in any childcare class) and also helped put me on a pumping schedule to bolster my milk supply. Leyla quickly became a part of our family, offering emotional support to two clueless parents. A mother herself, Leyla is calm, patient and loves babies. Lukas was always on his best behavior with Leyla! Leyla is a pro and a blessing during a very emotional and demanding time.

Leyla was a tremendous help to our family when our second son was born. We were able to get a good nights sleep thanks to Leyla caring for our son in between those middle of the night nursing sessions. We trust her completely and highly recommend her!

During my 2nd VBAC I knew I needed a Doula and Leyla was the perfect person that came right my way! Even though it was my second vbac, I was so scared and nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and made sure I knew she would be there every step of the way! And she was! During labor I had the worst contractions even the nurses in the hospital were shocked how strong they were and she was right there assisting me doing everything possible to sooth the pain! I will never forget when I gave the last push she was right there pushing with me, haha! I thought she was in labor! Her eyes filled with tears when my son was put on my chest as if it was her child! She truly loves what she does! I would recommend to anyone who asks, and trust me you are in great hands! If I ever have another child Leyla Soto will be the first to call! Thank you Leyla, you truly are amazing!
